What Is a Habit?
A habit is something you do automatically, without thinking much.
- Checking your phone first thing in the morning
- Delaying work when it feels hard
- Giving excuses instead of effort
Small habits repeated daily become strong beliefs.

If you delay work every day,
your mind learns: “I am a procrastinator.”
If you show up daily, even for a few minutes,
