  • It cannot be trusted for long-term success

If you live by mood, your progress will be unstable.


What Is Discipline?

Discipline means doing what you decided, even when you don’t feel like it.

  • Working without waiting for the “right mood”
  • Keeping promises you made to yourself
  • Showing up on bad days

Discipline does not need motivation.


 The Real Battle

Every day, you choose between:

  • Comfort now
  • Growth later

Discipline chooses growth.


 The Hard Truth

Mood gives short-term comfort.

Discipline builds long-term results.


Today’s Action

Today, do one important task

even if your mood says “no”.
